Melissa Haag Hopeless Paranormal Romance Book Review
Hope(less) (Judgement of the Six #1)
Gabby’s brain is like a human fish finder. It comes in handy when she wants to avoid people. Mostly men. They seem to like her a bit too much. It’s lonely being different, but she’s adapted to it. Really. She just wishes she knew why she is different, though. In her search for answers, she discovers a hidden community of werewolves. She immerses herself in their culture, learning about their world until she meets Clay. He’s unkempt, prone to mood swings, intense without saying a word, and he thinks Gabby is his.
It’s going to take every trick she knows to convince Clay to go away, and every bit of willpower not to fall for him when she discovers the man beneath the rough exterior.
Judgement has begun…

In this story we meet Gabrielle Winters, a girl with a unique gift. A gift so unique that she has never meet anyone like herself. Being a foster child she has moved some. Currently living with her foster family, whom she must leave soon she has a lot on her mind. She meets Sam, Sam is a werewolf. He makes it a point to meet her and they form a “friendship” over a short period of time and as time gets closer to Gabby having to leave her foster family, Sam steps up and they make a deal neither can refuse.
Gabby moves in with Sam, he explains the werewolf way of life and Gabby meets another woman similar to how she is but not exactly. Sam and Gabby form a grandparent/grandchild type of bond and the deal they made was that Gabby must be “introduced” to other unmated wolves. She agreed and sat thru many of the introductions with graduation coming and her moving onto college I don’t believe she thought much of it. Until Clay, yes Clay…….ladies…now behave! (haha) Seriously though yeah Clay is pretty unique as well. There is some pretty funny scenes that happen, some drama of course and friendships that are made. Clay isn’t a man of a lot of words lol, but you get what’s going on.
I love Clay and all his antics, the way gets to know Gabby it’s perfect! Lol Looking forward to more from this author!
